If your having problems with your indicater or flashers on your vehicle then their are a couple of things that would be causing you problems. Now if when you press left or right turn the light flashes fast when turning one way but not the other then this indicates you have a blown bulb on the side that is causing it to flash faster so you need to press it to that side and have a look at the front and back bulbs and change the one thats not working.
If on the other hand your flasher/indicater works sometimes and not others then this is usually down to the flasher relay located in fuse box (see pictures below) To find out if it is the relay and not the flasher control that you press to turn the indicator lights on is to try using the hazard warning light button press this and if this works every time then the chances are its the control and not the relay (see pictures below) but if it sometimes works and sometimes dont or if it dont work at all then this points towards the relay so changing this should then solve your problem
FLASHER REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative lead.
Remove the steering column opening cover from the instrument panel.
replace the flasher relay into the possition you took the old one out of in junction block.
make sure you line this up correctly to prevent damage being done to the pins when inserting it into the holder
make sure that the flasher relay is inserted correctly and far enough make sure its seated flush the same as the other relay units.
now all you need to do is re-fit the cover to the steering column
Reconnect the battery negative cable.
TURN SIGNAL AND HAZARD WARNING SWITCH REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the screw that secures the lower tilting steering column shroud to the steering column multi-function switch mounting housing Steering Column Shrouds Remove/Install
disconnect the two halves of the tilting steering column shroud from each other and remove both halves from the steering column.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the turn signal switch and make sure you remember how it comes out of the fitting to ensure you fit it back correctly as it was.
Remove the left multi-function switch from the multi-function switch mounting housing.
INSTALLATION
Position the left multi-function switch onto the multi-function switch mounting housing.
Install and tighten the two screws that secure the left multi-function switch to the multi-function switch mounting housing. Tighten the screws to2.5 N·m (22 in. lbs.)
re-fit the wiring harness to the switch.
Position the lower tilting steering column shroud to the underside of the steering column.
Instal land tighten the screw that secures the lower tilting steering column shroud to the multi-function switch mounting housing. Tighten the screw to 1.9 N·m (17 in. lbs.)
Position the upper tilting column shroud over the steering column with the hazard warning switch button inserted through the hole in the upper surface of the shroud. Align the upper tilting steering column shroud to the lower shroud and snap the two shroud halves together.
The button has to work if you pull it out. Pushing it in activates the hazard/four-way flashers, pulling the button out turns them off. If it still won't pull to turn them off, disconnect the battery and remove the steering wheel to access the button and replace it.
There is a short in the connections so the hazard lights are flashing.
The hazard flashers may begin flashing by themselves or the turn signals may flash at twice the normal speed due to condensation shorting out the circuit board.---------Have you tried disconnecting the car battery, then turning the ignition on and reconnecting the battery? If not then please try this and check. And see if that makes any difference in the problem or solves the problem.---------Also you can try disabling the hazards from flashing. To stop the hazards flashing pull the hazard switch out (pull the gear leaver gaiter out then you can put your fingers under the switch and push it out) then you will see a single wire in a black sleeving, cut this wire and this will stop them flashing. Also the alarm is behind the glove-box if you want to unplug it there.-----------Keep updated for anymore query.Thanks.
Indicator Flasher
The turn signals and the hazard warning flasher switch (13A350) use the same indicator flasher (13350). The indicator flasher is located behind the instrument panel (04320), to the right of the interior fuse junction panel. When activated, the indicator flasher flashes the appropriate turn signal lamps.
Removal
Disconnect the battery ground cable (14301).
Press the indicator flasher tab and slide the indicator flasher from the mounting bracket.
Disconnect the indicator flasher electrical connector from the wiring harness.
