this might be a connection/ currosing problem. Check the windshild wiper relay for loose wires and then take apart the connection. Clean them up and put back together. also check your fuses.
Hi I'm litoshop it looks like either the motor stripped the out put shaft or the linkege are not aligned before trying anything try to puch the wipers down if you can push them down then the out put shaft is stripped if not then you'll have to disconnect the out put shaft put the wiper blades on the right position and reconnect to the shaft and when I say the out put shaft is where the linkege connects to the wiper motor good luck if this information has been helpful please let us know thank you
