The filter should have three hoses. There should be an arrow painted on the filter showing the direction of fuel flow.
And you should be able to blow in one end and the air come out the other if direction is correct.
The line to the pump should be on the end without the extra hose.
the fuel filter is non servicable you must replace the entire fuel pump assembely there around 270 bucks at autozone i work there thank chrysler for that
Have you relapced the fuel pump and filter? Take it to a garage and have the fuel pump pressure checked. It very common for fuel pumps or a clog in the line to cause this.
The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump, and fuel pump is in the fuel tank, only get's replace when fuel pump goes bad, all auto parts will sell the fuel pump.
replace the air filter,pcv valve and spark plugs if over 60 k and the wires are original replace dist cap rotor and wires also then clean the throttle bore spotless with cab cleaner and a rag scan for any codes and sensors out of range there is no fuel filter (it is part of the fuel pump)
