2000 Chevy K2500 will not start reliably. It has fuel (more than 60psi) and spark. When it starts it runs great. It may take up to 20 tries to get it to start. It has a 350 vortec engine. I think it is losing prime.
Cant lose prime...it gets primed everythime you turn the key off and back on for more than 10 seconds.
have you had the coil pack controller checked?
any Check engine light when its running?
Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/sean_54c3a3dc48a7773c
Check the fuel pressure, when the vehicle is not starting to make sure of the fuel pump pressure. If it is loosing prime,it will have no fuel pressure. Then check for spark, when the vehicle is acting up.

Unfamiliar with this specific engine, but fuel injection needs more than what injectors normally put out in order to start. So there typically is a starting injector that is separate and only squirts while cranking the starter. In order to prevent flooding, it usually has some sort of timer switch that cuts out after 5 seconds or so. It often comes off the starter, and is attached to the block in order to be temperature controlled. Sorry I can't be more specific.
