Check and see if there is a lock ring over 1 of your wheel studs ,if not then the worn out shoe is holding it on and you have to get under the car with a screwdriver and turn the shoe adjuster back till you can remove the drum!

I need my back breaks done. Im not sure if it needs break pads, drums, rotars, disks or what?

If you had listed make, model, and year, I would know what setup you have on the rear. First find out if it has disc brakes or drum brakes. Purchase the correct brake pads or shoes that fit your vehicle. Once you remove the old pads or shoes you will know if the rotor or drum needs turning or replacing.

Since replacing rear pads, only both rear breaks are on, slightly truck will not roll freely wasupppppppp with that

If I am correct that truck has rear drum breaks? If this is the case the adjusters sound as if they were not brought in enough for proper clearance between the drums and shoes. If this is it I'd remove the rear drums and adjust for proper clearance (there should be no drag with drum breaks. If they are disk breaks I'd say the calipers are stuck and keeping tight on the discs; if this is the case I'd replace that calipers with new or rebuilt units.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

Cannot remove rear brake drums

You need to back off the adjusters on the rear shoes to allow the worn drum to pass over the brake shoes.
A worn drum will have a unworn drum section on its outer edge where the brake shoes don't normally rub.
This must unworn ring must be able to pass over the brake shoes before you can get the drum off.

Two tools should be used through the brake adjuster access hole.
One small diameter blade screwdriver can be used to push the self adjuster lever away from the notched adjuster nut, while a second flat bladed tool is used to lever the adjuster nut, rotating it so as to back off brake shoe expander adjustment.

How do i adjust the hand break system on focus 1999

hi there, you will need to slacken of the cable adjuster just next to the handbrake lever under its gaiter, jack up the vheicle and remove the rear wheels, remove the rear brake drums, clean and adjust the brake shoes also remove any dust from the drum, if the shoes are worn out they will need replacing, with the drums removed check everything is working freely by getting someone to operate the handbrake lever as you visually inspect the shoes you should see them moving backwards and forwards, if not then strip down and free off, i would advice doing one side at a time so you always have a point of referance to work from. check the wheel cylinder is free and not leaking, if so replace. adjust the brake shoes and refit the drums, once this is done readjust your hanbrake cable so it comes up 3-4 clicks, if this seems a little dawnting your local garage should be able to do you this job for a small fee, hope this helps

REAR BRAKES

i think your aware of how to change the brakes if im right and your problem is the rusted drum doesnt want to come off the only way to get the old drum off is to remove adjuster plug from behind drum dustshield and adjust the shoes so that there not even close to the braking area of the drum then try and wiggle the drum off of the assembly if it is not coming off then you need to use the old nylon hammer on the drum and i mean you must hit the drum from side to side trying by hand to wiggle the drum off its a tight fit and you need to strike the drum on the face not on the fins not wanting to damage with persistance and care and patience you will eventually be able to remove the drum to service brakes take care and good luck with it
