As it takes forever to heat up you may have:-
1) faulty thermostat - replace if necessary,
2) blocked heater core, or coolant control valve not fully open.
The blower only working on full speed usually indicates a faulty heater fan control resistor module - generally located in the heater air ducting in the fan air flow.
Your blower motor resistor needs to be replaced if you only have one speed its a small inexpensive part runs about 15 dollars easy to replace.
