Does the Front Blower work on High Only? If so then it is definitely the Resistor, as this a common sign that the Resistor went out.
Since you have already checked the Fuses and Relays, then the only things left are the Motor and Resistor.
If you can run a long jumper wire straight from the Battery to the positive connection of the Motor and the Motor runs, again it is the Resistor and it needs to be replaced.

2005 grand caravan front heater and defrorst not working ,rear heater is working . i also hear a hissing noice on the passenger side

Just a suspicion: hissing noise comes from failed/jammed/malfunctioning motor to move the door
in the ducting to route heated air to the hoses/ports for "heater" and "defrost."
Problem: failure of motor/linkage to heater/defrost selector door under the dash on the passenger side.
Also sounds like you have not blown fuse to this selector door.
Also - hissing noise could be air being forced against the closed door (which should be open) - in this
case, you'd want to check the fuse to the heater/defroster actuator door.
The rear heater works since its function is not related to the operation of the front heater/defroster.

Front defrost blower wont turn on, rear works fine, what could it be?

Three possibilities:
1 the switch has failed and needs replaced. Test with a multi meter
2 The fan has died and needs replaced. test with a multi meter
3 There may be a fuse for it that has blown and needs replaced. Check all the other buttons and switches in the dash to see if there is anything else not working, this makes the fuse the most likely

Front fans wont blow

If the fan is not blowing turn it on and see if the motor is what is buzzing. It sounds like the fan motor is bad. You can check the fuses and also if you know how to test for power see if the motor is getting 12 volts. If it is and is not turning then then replace the fan immediately.

2005 grand caravan; rear blower motor is working, but the front blower is not even though the lights on the swith are working. Is this the resistor?

Access the blower motor resistor board located behind the glove box. Take a jumper wire and ground each of the Dark Blue wires that have tracers on them one at a time. Caution: do not ground out the plain Dark Blue wire or a fuse will blow. As each wire (with the tracer) is grounded, the blower motor should run at a different speed. If it does not, the resistor board has failed.
