It is probably not a fuse, check the boot inside the door to see if there is a broken wire. that is probably what it is.

Two front doors lock and unlock. Two rear doors and hatch will not lock or unlock with the remote or both switches on the front doors rear windows go up and down.
I checked the ground in the boot on the drivers door and had been repaired before.
Checked for power at one of the rear door locks 1.3 volts
Do they have a relay for the rear door locks ?

SOURCE: 2004 grand cherokee jeep power windows and

Had to same problem with power grid on door to windows and locks. Turned out to be 3 broken wires just on the inside of door connection to firewall of engine. Took couple of hours to locate and fix by mechanic for $55.00 after I had already spent $89 at GMC dealer to be told needed new wiring harness for $1700 before labor! Will never go back to Dealer!

No power to windows and door locks 2004 cherokee

Fuse 12, a LARGE 50 amp fuse in the POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER - That is a box in the engine bay and it is probably labeled as such or fuses.

That fuse sullpies power to the door control modules which feeds both the power windows and locks.

2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Problem

I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood.
There is a fuse called IOD which the factory leaves out and gets put in at the dealer.
That fuse could be bad.
