It is probably not a fuse, check the boot inside the door to see if there is a broken wire. that is probably what it is.
F8 is the fuse for the power locks, overhead console, etc. (should be blue and 15A.

Two front doors lock and unlock. Two rear doors and hatch will not lock or unlock with the remote or both switches on the front doors rear windows go up and down.
I checked the ground in the boot on the drivers door and had been repaired before.
Checked for power at one of the rear door locks 1.3 volts
Do they have a relay for the rear door locks ?

I just had the same with mine, pull the rubber boot back on the drivers side front door and look for a severed wire, mine was black...simply spliced the wires back together and problem solved!

Had to same problem with power grid on door to windows and locks. Turned out to be 3 broken wires just on the inside of door connection to firewall of engine. Took couple of hours to locate and fix by mechanic for $55.00 after I had already spent $89 at GMC dealer to be told needed new wiring harness for $1700 before labor! Will never go back to Dealer!
