1994 Buick Regal Gran Sport shuts off once engine warms up.

Hi, 1994 Buick Regal Gran Sport starts without problem when vehicle is cold. Once car runs for awhile and gets hot, vehicle will stop running while driving, and wont start again until engine cools a bit (this usually takes about 1.5 hours). what could my problem be?

Thanks

I have a same f.. problem on my Regal92. Might be a EGR valve which is not opening up when the Engine reaches it normal operat temp. Ignition Mod could be all in one piece or 3 modules on a plate. Check if is functionally on a computer diagnostic Autozone for free. Change all coils & i don't know how to check the crankshatf sensor. I'm tired of this elec luxurious car, but the mechanic function is very resistant that others dealers. [email protected]

When my 94 Regal GS frequently wouldn't start for 30 minutes to an hour after being driven, it was the crankshaft positioning sensor that needed to be replaced. I also replaced the harmonic balance pulley. The car ran more smoothly and started everytime.

it could be as simple as drilling holes in your catalytic converter or replacing them. Alot of these symptoms show up because of a plugged cat. converter or fried o2 sensors

Low voltage tps senser.

Not likely getting a bad TPS.Your TPS runs off a 5volt reference wire.Using multimeter with key on engine off Check to make sure you have your 5volt reference check for any deformed terminals or broken wires inside insulation.
