My signals lights won't work on my 1991 Buick Regal. I changed the fuse and thats not the problem. I need to know where the flashers are on a 1991 Buick Regal; 4 doors, 3.8.

The flashers and the signal lights are two entirely different items.

If your blinkers are not working, change the bulb(s), if you turn on the flashers and they don't work then the flasher module needs to be changed which is usually found on the fuse box next to your left foot under the dash.

This will usually either look like a square block or a cylindrical plastic tube. If you turn on the flashers and go down there and don't here it ticking or feel it ticking with your finger on the plastic housing, chances are it is shot, just pull it out go to your local auto store and get another, plug it in and you're done.

What would cause flasher fuse slot to not have power on 1996 buick regal?

If It is not blinking then it's probably a blown bulb, That's how cars tell you a turn signal is bad. You will only have power to fuse slot when turn signal is on and the blinking part runs through a flasher relay so you could have a bad flasher relay if the bulbs are all good.

1992 Buick Regal turn signals not working. Bulbs,Flasher, and fuse are ok. Four - way flasher working, seems only pass. brake lights work. Put meter across fuse term. and voltage went on and off when signal...

Did you check for 12V at the bulb base? If not there, you have an open circuit between the flasher and the bulb base. If it is there you have a bad bulb, bad socket, or open ground.

My 94 buick regals turn signals and brake lights dont work the head lights and tail lights do work we replace the bulbs flasher relay and fuses what could it be

could be brake light switch but i would be more inclined to think the signal switch is bad, the brake light circuit goes from the pedal to to the turn signal switch then to the taillights

Turn signal comes on,but doesn't blink;all 4 hazards work.

Check near the fuse box and the left side under the dash. There are two flasers in a car, one for the hazards and one for the turn signals. You are on the right track for if the hazards are working the bulbs and wiring to the bulbs are eliminated. Once you replace the flasher your problem should be fixed. When checking for the flasher remember they sometimes are clipped or taped up, so feel around as well as looking.

No tail lights or turn signal, just running lights and flashers

I had the same problem about a month ago myself. I had to replace a fuse which was under the driver side under the dash it cost me $6 to replace. I cant remember the name of the part but call a auto store and explain to them the problem. I think it was called a relay fuse or something! Good luck with that!

My turn signals dont work on my 94 buick regal

Did you check the glove box for fuses? There is a switch in the steering column too that could be the issue.

Turn Sigal wont work and headlights dim

You will need to use a test light to verify voltage at the turn signal flasher.
Turn the key on to the run position, car does not need to be started.
Set the turn signal switch to right or left turn, doesn't matter.
Probe the "purple" wire terminal at the flasher unit. If the turn signal switch is working properly, you will have voltage at the flasher unit.
If you do not have voltage, the switch may be the problem, make certain all connectors to the steering column are fully seated and there are no broken wires.
Good luck and let me know.

Signal light quit working

Check the bulbs. The flasher won't even go if the bulbs are burnt out!
