The previous owner has lost the radio cod for my Chrysler Voyager and I cannot unlock it can you help?

The only one that can unlock these types of security items is the dealer. Now if you are able to put a after market radio in that should fix your problem.

Contact a Chrysler dealer have your vin number with you to show prof of ownership they should be able to help.

The RADIO CODE is in the owners manual card, or, sometimes, in the back side. For check it, you need take off the radio.

Other way that you have, is visit the dealer and, with the VIN can find your CODE (sometimes isn't free).

I assume you mean radio, we have not way to access previous post that u may have read, so in short always post the problem, as far as the code goes you must remove the radio and record the serial number on the radio, then the dealer can look up the code with that number and your vans Vehcile ID number.

First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc) 

To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the code on the casing ) .

If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number 

If not then try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive

According to the dealership, Chrysler doesn't use lock code on their radios. The dealer advises to buy a new radio.
