Whining and grinding when turning the wheels in a

To start with, intermittent whining and grinding when turning the wheels in a 06 Odyssessy with 75K miles, I have read all kinds of folks having issues with the power steering pump and rack, some with costly fixes, some with fixes as simple as grease. I have never really liked this van from low gas mileage, grinding brakes, doors hard to open, transmission oil change every 20K miles. Any comments on any of these items. Thanks

The Power Steering Reservoir is foaming the fluid, causing the noise. Honda's solution is to replace the reservoir with a new one that does not foam the fluid. You can do the same by punching a hole in the screen at the bottom of the reservoir. Then idle the car for a moment or two and flush the fluid. WalMart PS fluid will work fine.

Changed. Front driver wheel bearing 2008jeep compass front wheel drive now it won't drive grinds an whines especially when putting it in park

It sounds like there might be an issue with the installation of the new wheel bearing, or a related component. Grinding and whining noises are often signs of mechanical issues in the drivetrain, and if the problem only started after the wheel bearing replacement, it's likely related to that.
I would recommend having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic as soon as possible. They should be able to diagnose the issue and determine whether the problem is with the new wheel bearing, or another component in the drivetrain.
In the meantime, I would avoid driving the vehicle as much as possible, especially if the grinding and whining noises persist. Continued driving could cause further damage and make the repair more expensive.

Looks like the fundamental cause is an ABS wheel speed sensor malfunctioning (ABS system thinks at least one wheel on the vehicle is turning even though you are stopped)..Since it is intermittent, this is going to be hard to diagnose without a code reader that reads ABS codes. Try a dealer ....

When turning right I hear a grinding sound but only right.also hear whining sound at 45 mph

You have got a broken wheel bearing on the left hand wheel, when you turn right all the weight goes on the left so the grinding you say you have will be from the brakes then you have the whine which is typical wheel bearing.
Make sure you have it replaced as soon as possible.
How this helps.

Discovery 3 MY09 TDV6 front end whine under load acceleration

When you say whine does it only occur under acceleration only? If so most likely the wheel hub assembly or some will say wheel bearing but on these vehicles it is complete hub assembly. If you turn or swerve one way then the other does it go away in one direction? If so another strong indication of hub wearing out. If not, and it is a really high whine with acceleration it is also possibly the transmission. I have heard of this complaint before, it's not a sign of failure just a noise that develops due to the pressure placed on bearing under a load. First change fluid and filter for tranny after a good flushing. Replace with high quality fluid and a bottle of transmission seal restore product. Go 1000 miles, change fluid again, if noise is still there turn up radio.
Sorry but just a whine under acceleration isn't a lot to go on. But I'm willing to bet wheel hub. 9 out of ten front end whine complaints is wheel hub or bearing especially on a heavy 4x4 suv

Grinding noise from rear of 1999 Grand Marquis

doubt it very much
the only gears in action are the axle spider ( spur gears ) and they turn very slowly on turns
pinion and crown wheel, noise are growls and whines depending if accelerating or costing and makes no difference if turning or straight ahead That should save you $ $1500.00 for a diff center that costs only $450.00
indicates wheel bearings or brake pads ( linings ) worn out and the callipers rubbing on the rotor ( drum)
I would be checking at the wheels and wheel bearings for the problem
