You have to unplug set timing wire under hood or dash , ecm acts as an advance , 20 degrees back or forward but timing should be placed at spec , if you check timing with wire still plugged in it will jump around due to constant advance or retardation

SOURCE: I have a 1994 GMC 1500 Sierra with 350 engine 5.7

The timing (base), is 0 degrees before tdc. Keep in mind the timing connector must be unplugged. usually a brown wire with a black tracer, has a single connector, located under glove box, or by distributor. Thanks...

Oxygen sensor[s],map sensor and fuel pressure regulator.Although you should have a check engine light "on" with any sensor malfunction.I would look at fuel lines for a leak under vehicle.

I have a 93 gmc sierra 1500 4x4 every time i engage it into 4x4 it blows the 4x4 fuse

Try unplugging the front axle actuator (at the front differential). If the fuse stops blowing, you have a short inside the actuator.

Looking for ignition switch in 93 gmc sierra

Tword the bottom of the steering colume. It will have a couple of connectors going to it and a couple of rods going to it from the igniton cylinder. IT is on top and not easy to get the bolts out of it. You will need to remove the close out pannel to even be able to see it.
