You need to remove the whole front end of the engine apart. the pump is behind the timing belt. may as well replace that and the crank and cam seals while you in there.

If you are talking about the supercharger then it may be the bearing.

2001 Nissan Frontier REPLACE WATER PUMP - removed Radiator & Hoses Need HELP with REMAINDER

NOTE: When removing water pump assembly, be careful not to get coolant on timing belt unless you intend to replace it. (if it has more than 60.000 miles. it probably SHOULD be replaced, however, you must do it correctly or severe engine damage will occur.)
Drain coolant from drain plugs on both sides of cylinder block and radiator.
Remove radiator hoses (upper and lower) and fan shroud.
Remove drive belts.
Remove water pump pulley.
Remove crankshaft pulley and front (upper and lower) belt cover.

How can i relocate the knock senser without pulling the suppercharger and intake the scanner sayes i have a bad senser. i am lossing power when accelerating.i have allready replaced plus cap distibutor...

you cant. since your truck is supercharged, you need to replace it. it does not need to be replaced on non supercharged models, but it does on the supercharged ones. failure of the knock sensor in supercharged truck puts the supercharger in "fail safe mode"which results in the supercharger not working as designed.

Would a cracked exhaust manifold on a 2002 nissan frontier 3.3 supercharged cause poor fuel milage

yes it could.... check the oil for traces of foaming...that would indicate water leaking via a crack.
Also check for oil in the water reservoir.... sign of cracked head also...

Very rough idle and low rpm and flashing service engine light.

Don't think it's major could be any number of sensors. Any autozone will run a free scan and point you in the right direction.

I have a coolant leak coming from the front of the engine. looks like it is leaking around the cam shaft pulley. The vehicle is a 2001 Nissan Frontier v6

Sounds like either the water pump or the thermostat housing. The water pump has a small hole in the bottom where the shaft comes through, when the water pump gets worn it will leak here so you know to replace the pump. The thermostat housing will be at the motor end of the upper radiator hose where it attaches to the motor. Hope this helps.
