Any anti-freeze is good. But personally I prefer using Prestone. The best kind is the 50/50 already pre-mixed.

Mix 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol antifreeze to protect your car down to -34F. Use up to 70% antifreeze if lower temperatures are expected, but no more; pure coolant does not cool as well as coolant mixed with water.

I would think you have a badly leaking engine cylinder head gasket. Have a shop test for that.

I noticed that when i put anti freeze and water in their is this brown milky stuff

the brown milky stuff is rust and you have mixed two different types of antifreeze together it formed a reaction, you will need to do a complete flush and top up with the correct antifreeze for your engine asap.DO NOT MIX ETHYLENE GLYCOL WITH ANY OTHER TYPE OF ANTIFREEZE..........

I want to change the antrfreeze in the raditor.

Not only the cap, but you have to find the drain. They are usually put in the most difficult places. After ten years consider having your system flushed, it'll be good for your radiator. Take the car to a jiffy-lube type place and they will change your oil for you too. The Taurus is a good car, treat it right and it will give you good service.
