remove the 7mm bolt in the centre top of lamp unit then with a big screwdriver just behind headlamp prise outwards quite firmly

those headlights are held in with a ball and socket setup. they are desighned to pull straight forward. best to pry real gently. the plastic retainers get brittle with age. kinda like me. put grease in the cups before you reinstall. goes together alot easier that way and saves the steel pins from rusting more.if it is real stubburn to pry out you may have to remove the park/side marker lights. the ar held in with philips screws. hidden well though. between the bumper cover and light. between grill and light. side marker has a screw on top of support just under th hood. good luck

Thairs 2 screws under head light and one on top corner of light.

I found where you can get a copy of the owners manual. You will have to have the
extraction program WimRAR which is just like WinZip and is free. Go to this site and
on the right you will see a countdown. Once it counts down you will see REGULAR DOWNLOAD.
Click it and hit SAVE. Once downloaded launch WinRAR and extract the files. Hope this helps.
