1994 chevy s-10 pickup vent door stuck and can't remove glove box
Why can't you remove the glove box? You can get at the door from under the dash but it's a ***** to do. try lubing the vent cables unless it uses the vacuum motor, if it uses the vac. motor it will be hard to get to without the glove box being out.

all you have to do is open the Glove box and with a short philips screw driver remove the inner screws there are 4 of them two on top and two on the bottom mabe three they change from year to year, next squeeze the inner box out of the hole it will come out. if you need to remove the door the screws are on the bottom of the door remove those screws to remove the door and you are able to ger into the area where the vent control is.
