Today i notied my wipers were moving quite slow when I cleaned my window, later the dash lights started to dim and radio shut off, and finally the car died. I jumped it and it started right up and then died again shortly after that. Started it a third time and I have full power to lights, wipers, radio, etc.. and nothing has shut off.

Sounds like your rear wiper switch has shorted. If you can pull it out of the dash or get the panel off and get behind the switch you can disconnect it and see if that stops it. If it does you can get a new one later and replace it.

Windshield wipers quit working on 2003 chevrolet trailblazer. relays and fuses are okay.

There were some issues with ignition switches in those vehicles. It is easy to change and does not cost but about $30. Remove the column covers, unplug the switch, and depress the 2 white tabs holding it in place. Good Luck
