Check the head light switch for out put voltage to the head lights, and also check for input to the head lights, most likely will find a burned out fusible link. The fusible link is a wire, that will burn out,if it is compromised ,in other words,if it is not tight,or to much voltage,or bad connection. Also a short will do this,it is located ,on the positive battery cable attached to the starter with the large cable,or it is attached where the positive cable is joined at a junction, most likely a stud, and could have a red plastic cap on it.

Also,to check the fusible link, just pull on it,and if it is burned into,it will pull apart like taffy.

How do i get to my heater core 1995 ford crown vic

Your heater core is located behind the dash. You need to remove the dashboard and your heater core will be located on the passenger side along the firewall. It will look like a small radiator. Get yourself a haynes manual for good step by step instructions and pictures to remove your dash.

I have a 1995 crown victoria lx. heater core needs replacement. is it possible to access it by cutting the firewall instead of going through the process of removing the dash.

No you don't want to hack up your car like that. You are going to have to not completely remove the dashboard just loosen the bolts holding it and pull the right side section of it back enough to access the heater core you can use some wire to hold the right side of the dash in place.

On My 1994 Crown Victoria the interior lights, dash lights and back running lights are out. I checked the fuses and they look okay. What can be wrong?

Are all the running/parking/marker lights out, if so it could be a bad connection at the light switch. Had this happen on a '92 the brown and white wire on the switch is what controls all of these lights as well as the dash lights.
I would suggest picking up a Haynes manual to see the detail of replacing the switch and getting access to wires.
