I would immediately take it back to wherever you got the oil change, and at least get it documented that it was two quarts low. check under vehicle to make sure it is not still leaking. Sometimes the oil filter seal gets stuck on after the old filter is removed, then the new filter is put on and you have two gaskets, that 100% of the time do not line up correctly and leaks when engine is under power. and may not leak at idle or static. If you have a friend to go with you as a witness, make sure they put it up on the rack in front of you to check the oil filter gasket and the drain plug (bolt). If it was their fault you may have recourse if severe damage to your engine occurred. This 5.7 liter should run normal on 3 quarts, but not at all the best thing to do to your engine.

Whom driving on freeway once I disengaged clutch, oil. Light started flashing till I engaged.. So checked oil.2qrts over.(2 days) so drained excess ..But still having same issue

IF you did not add oil, then you have a leak that is allowing antifreeze to leak into the oil. The oil will look milky. The coolant level will drop. This wont be a cheap repair either.

Why does not start?

I have never heard of an engine noise being described as a tick tack rattling noise. (I assume you mean Tick Tack candy/breathmints?) \

Either way, if it doesnt start, but just makes a rattling/knocking sound, I would ask you did it just quit on you and not restart? Or did it get you where you were going and then would not start when you were ready to leave? If the answer to the first question is yes, then you are likely facing a broken timing belt. The sound you hear are the valves coming into contact with the pistons when you are cranking the starter. This is a bad sound. Lets hope your answer was no to the first and yes to the second. Are you sure have gas? I cannot tell you how many times people have told me "It just won't start!" only to pour a gallon of gas in and varrroooom! What about oil? The tick tack sound just doesn't sound like a healthy engine sound in my head. Do you have oil in the engine? Does somebody hate you enough to drop nuts and bolts into your intake manifold? That would sound like tick tacks. BIG GIANT tick tacks, but tick tacks nonetheless.

Ticking sound upon acceleration. worse when cold

When you start the car with cold engine the oil light indicator is on even after the engine started?
If the sound comes from the engine itself you could check the oil level with cold engine before start.
If oil level is ok ( between low and maximum marks on the dipstick ) then could be 3 posible causes:
1. Bad oil
2. Faulty oil pump
3. Worn camshaft bearing, worn crankshaft bearing, or faulty piston bolt.
It may help if you bring on some more details like since when is making that noise, in what circumstances appeared and so on.

2001 chevy suburban. I hear a humming noise from the engine. Engine ticks while idle for after a few minutes. Ticking goes away when I accelerate. There is a strong vibration when I accelerate in drive but...

Ticking sounds like a dry lifter, when was the last time you changed the oil and filter? Humming sounds like you need a tire rotation because of uneven tire wear.

The ticking sound is a valve ticking probably sticking if your car doesnt start now its probably cause the valve dropped and fell in the cyc and now froze the motor i would recommend not trying to start it again or it could harm your car more ....hope i could help Shane

FIAT PUNTO. Ticking for short period following start up

Definitely change your oil every 3 months or 3000 miles. After you change it add a half cup of Lucas engine oil suppliment when the engine is hot.
If if goes away you know it's cam or lifter issue. If it doesn't the ticking you hear may simply be your fuel system.
