The car is putting it self into "limp in mode"there is a problem it could be anything as simple as a bad battery connection to the engine or trans having issues,take it to an actual dodge garage and have it put on their computer and also have the VIN# ran to see if there are any recalls that have not been done on that car,some of the recalls had to do with the transmission.also have the traction control module and the cam shaft positioning sensor checked out all of this will be found when ran at dodge if any thing tests bad it will show on their computer.Just make sure they do an engine and trans diagnosis.
