A few weeks ago when I push the lock function of my keyless entry, it chirped the horn (never any flashing marker lights since I've had it). Now when I push that same button the locks, lock but the horn does not chirp anymore. Also, if I push the Panic button on the keyless entry the horn DOES work. Is it possible that there is a relay that's worn out that I need to replace? Should the marker lights also flash when I lock the Jeep?

Before replacing any Relay. Try disconnecting the negative side of the battery for at least 2-minutes to de-energize the security system, re-setting itself. The reconnect the battery and try your security (and options) system again.
The only other big question that you will have to know: is this a factory installed security system or an aftermarket security system? This makes a difference in security systems, relays etc.
Yes there are Relays (plural) that, along with switches, actuators and wiring are involved in the Keyless Remote System (KRS). Also the Security System may be incorporated in this IF your vehicle is equipped with a Security System (factory or aftermarket systems).
The Keyless Entry System within the vehicle is located to the rear of the overhead console.
The Fuses involved:
Fuse #8 (15 amp) and Fuse #14 (20 amp).
Connections to the Power Distribution Center are at:
F1 and F14.
Ground Splice is located at:
M2 / 1.
The Power Door Lock/Unlock Relays are located within the Relay Center.

I'd first have to know IF a relay exists that controls any of this. And yes it's a factory keyless entry system. NOT a security system. It just locks and unlocks the doors and has a panic button on it.
