Just curious...are you having a headlight problem?...GM cars are famous for the multi-function switch going bad (turn signal lever), I just replaced one in a 2002 Buick Century, it controls the wipers, the cruise, dims the headlights, etc...that's the first thing I would look at...

The instrument panel lights will not come on when I pull on the headlight switch on my 2002 Buick Century Custom.

Is the dimmer switch for the dash lights turned down low ?
If not, the problem could be in the dimmer control.

I have a 99 buick century that the headlights just stopped working. if you pull back on the dimmer switch the brights come on till you let go. it has automatic lights and all the lights are working...

Your high beam switch is bad most likely.

My headlights and dash lights are starting to flicker on my 2002 Buick Century. Once in a great while the headlights go completely off for just a split second and then immediately come back on.

It probably has a bad headlight switch or the connector that plugs into the back of the switch is burned. The burned connector will cause a bad connection.

1999 buick century. headlights won't come on automatically. Nor will they come on when pulling out the headlight knob. Bright lights will turn on if I hold (and continue to hold) the turning signal switch....

Sounds like you don't have power to the switch or the auto switch.When you pull on the turn switch you are just flahing the high beams.Almost all gm's will do that.Would try and check fuses or get a wiring digrahm and see were the power comes from to feed the switch.If you work on apliances its about the same.Well good luck

'88 Buick Century Custom the interior dashboard lights will not come on when I turn on my headlights and my radio display goes out too, all the fuses check out fine

there is a inst lamp fuse, is it OK? the headlight switch controls this. most likely it wili need the isnstrumen dimmer switch replaced.... if the fuses are good and are getting power when the headlight switch is on.

2003 buick century While driving at night the headlights turned off . after a bit they went back on . happened 3 times . dealer says possibly a $500. part . any ideas?

have you tried with the light switch pulled out or are you using the auto selection?

Headlights will not come on, but will come on with sensor

Believe it or not, when I turned the hi beams on and off the low beams started working again. Fixed (for now at least).

I have a 96 Buick Centry and the dash lights flickerde on and off very quickly and then stayed off. That night I notice thea I have no tail lights, headlights, dash lights, and no brake lights. The running lights do blink when the alarm (from previous owner) is set.\r\n
Any Help out there?????

Your auto headlamps are operated from a photo (light) sensor on the dash.-thats where you start and end, just replace the sensor...wow $800, they were gonna rob you blind!
