SOURCE: i was just wundering could i fit a 2ltr turbo exhaust

you may be able to from the converter back, maybe???? if the turbo pipe is the same diameter and the flange size. Of course, a muffler shop could make any modifications to make it fit. one thing you want to keep is that it all bolts together where it does now, So you can unbolt it for service.........Dont let them weld everything together.

I would make sure your fuel filter is clean and have your catalytic converter checked to make sure it is not clogged up.

2000 subaru forester ignition coil wiring

Are there any other possible problems, or you are just not receiving spark at all now?

The coilpack could be dead and just need replaced. If you have a voltmeter or a test light, check the wiring on both sides of the coilpack harness to make sure it is receiving power.
I don't believe Subaru used ignitors past '99, but if they did, your should be located on the firewall behind the throttle body. Make sure it's plugged in and receiving power.

Coil packs do go bad from time to time. I had to replace mine in my
'98 Impreza a while back.

Goodluck!

Needing Gearbox code for Subaru Impreza

It should be: TY754VBAAA

It is located on the passanger side of the bellhousing. If you shine a torch down the left side of the motor at the back near the firewall where the gearbox meets the motor you shouls see a white sticker with the code on it.

Hope this helps.

Rpms drop on acceleration on 94 subaru impreza L

If your car has coil packs it is most likly them. Some Impreza cars especially the Turbo versions have individual coils built into the lead at the plug end. If your car has these then they crack down the side . If you take them out you can see a fine crack in the plastic. You cannot fix them, they have to be replaced. Check to see if you have them, it might help.

Impreza 2000 turbo uk model

Yes, there IS a known oiling problem:

Subaru TSB 02-103-07
Applicability: All Turbo Equipped Vehicles
Subject: Turbocharger Oil Supply Mesh Screen
http://store.forcedperformance.net/merchant2/graphics/subaru_oil/02-103-07.pdf

"... If clogged or restricted, it will reduce or cut off oil supply to the turbo, resulting in failure. ..."

Your turbo may be toast! ***ouch!***
I have found more info on 2004 - 2007 models, but may or may not be applicable to your 2000 Impreza. I am not familiar with the the UK model differences, but if yours has AVCS use your favorite internet search engine to search for "Subaru AVCS" or "Subaru TSB". Good luck!
