I just need a diagram for belts on a 86 pontiac parisienne 307 v8 5.0L where can i get 1, how many belts does it have.

it can be ignition timing off a little, it could be lack of fuel under acceleration, worn timing chain, EGR valve opening too soon causing a lean condition.

Loosen the top bolt you see on the alternator slotted bracket
& the thru bolt on the bottom holding it to the mounting bracket

check on the power steering for 2 or 3 bolts you have to losen them and then you can move the pump so you can put the new belt on

Digital files showing parts diagrams or workshop manual in PDF for a 1963 Pontiac are not available as they are never been released in this format. Moreover, since the Parisienne is canadian model,
even paper manuals are difficult to find. I checked an online database. It does not have the diagrams for this vehicle. I have diagrams for 1984 Parisienne but they would not help. The two vehicles are completely different.

The 1963 Parisienne was built between 1962 and 1964. The most similar US model is probably the Catalina.

I searched online for shop manuals for sale in places like Craiglist or Ebay. I could not find anything available. Here there was a workshop supplement that probably does not include steering column diagrams. I do not suggest buying the supplement.

The only way to get a diagram is submitting a request to classic Pontiac websites. Here the ones that can help:

The fuse is always the first thing to check when you have a problem. It does no good to change the bulb and find out that it was a fuse. I would try to change the fuse first. If that does not work, you can try to change the bulb. I would run down to an autoparts store and tell them what problems you are having. They should be able to provide you with a fuse or check the fuse for you. If that still does not work, the bulb needs to be changed. Hope this helps! As long as it is the same engine size it will bolt up you just might have to swap over some of your old parts if any are different.

Your blower motor is drawing too much current (means it is going bad). replace the motor.

You can go to a parts store and look in the Haynes manuals they have. They have very good electric schematics. You can also try logging on to Autozone.com and registering for a free account. When you do this, you can add cars to an online garage and get access to an online repair manual free of charge. i can not guarantee this manual will for sure have your fuse diagrams, though, but it is free so it is worth a shot. If all else fails, Google your car and fuse diagram.
