If you mean that the fuel gauge and the a/c and heat controls are not working, first check the fuses. They should be under the dash or on the side of the dash near the door jamb. If the fuses are OK, there is probably a loose connection or faulty wiring harness behind the dash. Repairing this requires removing the dash plastics and tightening or replacing the connectors behind the instruments.

Purge the air out of the fuel lines at the filters and pump. Some times it's easier to crack open the bolt on top of the injectors one at a time to remove the air bubles traped between the pump and injectors. You might want to check the ohm resistance on fuel heater. Using a ohm meter connect to the two wires connected to the heater, the ohm reading at 40 degrees will be 1 ohm. and at 80 degrees it will be 1,000 ohms. If not to this scale replace the fuel heater. If no power to heater look at the relay next to the brake master cylinder. Hope this will help you.

How to replace a fuel pump in a 97 dodge stratus

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank.. You will have to have the car on a hoist to remove the fuel tank to access the pump.

Heater blower motor replacement -1997 Dodge Grand Caravan

Remove the cover plate on the passenger side of the heater box, 3-4 screws.
Unplug the motor assembly, remove 3-4 more screws that hold the motor in place and pull it down from its position. Get an aftermarket motor and installed it in the original housing with the original squirrel cage.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
