To get the codes out of the computer you will need to locate the
diagnostic connector two pin plug on the passenger side of the car
under the dash board were the dash meets the side kick panel. it will
be tucked up there and it will look like a connector that is not
plugged into anything. take a piece of wire and jump the two cavity's
in the connector and turn the key to the on position.
the light will start to flash. at first it will look random but it is
not. there are 1 - 9 and they will be short pulses of the light and
then there is 10 - 43 , the long flashes are the first # of the code
and the short ones are the second #. write down the codes or code and
they maybe more than one but it will keep repeating them until you turn
the key off and remove jumper.
then once you have the code(s) you can go here to get the definition of it.
