try picking up a blower motor resistor, about 10-20 dollars at a local part store. then check this blog out. your plow is blocking the air flow to the raditor thus the temp change. if it is running to high for you. install a 160 degree thermo stat. still warm enough but will lower the temp. it may be able to stablize the temp also at speed.
There is a strainer on the fuel pump that doesn`t normally need changed until fuel pump repacement.There is a filter on the inside of frame rail about where the driver door is.
