SOURCE: anti-theft won't deactivate
does the luck and won't start come at same time?
actually there is not way to get rid of the antitheft but if you have two keys for htis car try using only one key some time copies just disprogram the system and if you can't do anything i will recomend you to call a mobile locksmith guy they have the machine to reprogram your key and it is so much shiper than towing it to dealer and pay their crazy prices

yes its possible to disable the alarm immobiliser ,remove the ECU unit .then solder in a 12v supply from the on side of ignition, find a suitable connection in the wiring harness feed and solder to a switching transistor on the side of unit with a heat sink to the base connection of a transistor that controls the feed to another three transistors ,starter motor earth for relay, fuel pump earth relay, and ignition ,no relay and away you go location of transistors iam not saying as i dont wont the car theives reading it ,but its as easy as falling off a log when you know the colour of the wires, pin numbers and a magnifying glass soldering iron .took me hours to follow the the connections in the fuse box separating the two halves to follow circuit, tracing wires back to ECU then following printed circuit but i have done it .SO DEALERS EAT YOUR HEART OUT ANOTHER FOOD WITHOUT WORKING FOR IT JOB LOST .going to try it out on a dammed renault when i get time. Also sell the details over the internet ???? no i dont think so iam just glad i have pissed off the local dealers that wanted 200€
SOURCE: Spare Key will not start the car.
no you don't have to have it done at dealership. i bought mine on ebay got it cut at walmart and it works. you need the two originals, turn the ignition to on and then off 4 times (i think it was) with the first two then put your spare key in and do the same. and it will work.

The timing is critical to this procedure, please read through the entire procedure before attempting.
Procedure:
1. Insert one of the pre-programmed transponder keys and turn the ignition to "on", leave on for at least one second (I wait until the red key symbol in the instrument cluster extiinguishes), remove the key from the ignition.
2. Within 5 seconds insert the second pre-programmed key and urn the ignition to "on" for at least one second but no more than 5 seconds (use the key symbol for this as well) then remove the second key.
3. within 10 seconds insert the new key in the ignition and turn the ignition to "on", if you are successful the red key symbol will illuminate then extinguish after about a second.
If you are not successful the red key symbol will flash repeatedly to indicate that you have inserted an invalid key. Remove the key, wait a minute and try it again, it took me a few times to get it perfect and I had done it before.

Usually answered in minutes!
Yes the Anti theft has caused it to not turn the starter. All other electrical features work. Each key has a chip programmed for its vehicle. Neither is able to work with the unlock steps.
Thanks Eugene
Problem has been found to be a defective ECM module. The brain has been scrambled.
do you mean it doesn't start? what do you mean both keys are not unlocking it?
