My jaguar is overheating an has some orange flowed leaking from some where on the top

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck closed or the cooling fan is not turning on. Check fan by powering on via battery and jumping wires. If fan runs, then it could also be the temp sensor switch. Which tells the fan to run. Orange flow is the coolant, so be sure to top off before doing checks.

When I turned off my 2000 Honda Accord the other day one of the fans kept running and ran for about 20 minutes before shutting off. The car seems to be running fine now but I wondered if I should have my...

The fan running and staying on after the vehicle is shut off is sometimes normal to a point. Meaning that if an engine is to hot, low on coolant then the fan will come on and stay on to help cool the engine down after the vehicle has been shut off. But for it staying on for 20 minutes is not right either. I would wait and see if it happens again, if it does then I would have either a Mobile Mechanic or a shop look at the car to figure out why it is staying on.

It is normal for your fan to continue to run for approximately 10mins AFTER shut off your engine. If it run's for longer than that or it drain's your battery, then you have a problem.
