ACURA TL 2007 HEAVY NOISE IN THE ENGINE FOR 4 5 MINUTS IN THE MORNING LIKE A LIFTERS DISCHARGE , LATER IS NORMALY
There are two mechanical noises you will hear from an engine, lifter noise, wrist pin slap, and rod bearing noise. The only one that will go away, if at all, with engine warm-up, is lifter noise. All assuming of course, the noise is coming from the engine, and not any of the externally mounted accessories.
Have the oil changed, and continue to change every 2000-3000 miles with a good quality oil, maybe the lifter will clear itself. If it does, maintain the oil changes for the next few changes to assure it is cleaning out.
You might also try adding 1-2 pints Berrymen's Chemtool to the oil 200-300 miles before you plan to change the oil.

If the noise is like a "click, click, click" until the engine warms up, it may be a lifter problem. Being a 2007, you may still be under warranty, provided you have properly maintained the vehicle. Please describe the noise more clearly and we can help you more. One additional thought, later in the day after the engine has cooled, does the sound reappear, or do you have to let the car site overnight?
