Change the fuel filter every 50,000 miles if applicable. Follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine. If there is a fuel filter mounter there you will find it. It may be the filter is mounted in the tank and is permanent with no maintenance required.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2006 Nissan Quest

The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump, so if you are wanting to change the fuel filter, the fuel pump must be changed as well. The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank and the fuel tank would need to be dropped to remove the fuel pump.

Car will not start no fuel getting thru checked fuel line and fuse

if you are not recieving any fuel from the gas tank to the engine, i would check the fuel pump relay located in a black box under your hood located on the drivers side, if your fuel pump relay checks out ok, then i would check the fuel filter, located under car, near the gas tank, question is has the fuel filter been changed, in a while , or how long has it been since it has been changed, if filter is changed, and still no fuel to engine, then i would suspect the fuel pump, and it is located inside of your fuel tank under the car, hope that this information has helped you.

Changing fuel filter

There are only 3 possible locations for fuel filters on these cars. 1. located on passenger side firewall/wheelwell, 2. in-line underneath car, just follow the fuel line. 3. IN THE TANK. which will have to be pulled to get to.

Locate fuel filter, and safety switch to fuel pump

The filter is located at the rear seat, you have to remove it first, then you will see a cap attach with some screws. Inside that cap you`ll find the fuel filter. Before you change the fuel filter you have to release the fuel pressure first. To do that, first find the FUEL PUMP RELAY in the main fuse box located in the engine. Once you located open the fuel door and take off the cap and leave it open. Start the engine, take off the FUEL PUMP RELAY and leave the engine stop itself, when this occurs turn off the key, the you can take off the filter and changed it
