I got a 2.4d toyota that whe overhaul the motor but it still smoke heavy black and under power.whe put a recon pump on and injectors new cam and head and a sprocket on cam for valve timming but it still smoke and no power.need some help please.

The pump needs setting up and timing adjusted.
If you fitted other than Ford injectors, that will also give issues of over fueling.

Are you sure the valve adjustments are right

Its getting oil in the cylinders from somewhere. With it being more smokey in the morning leeds me to think its valve stem seals ( oil lying on top of the cylinder head around the valves) . Could the new engine have been old stock. If so then the stem seals probably hardened. They may soften with running a while. If it is under warranty take it back now.

ask a question. White, blue, black? its most likely steam on this new of a car. nothing to worry about. if blue, its burning oil, blue on start up is leaky valve seals, black on startup is leaky injectors, real white smoke (tons will come out) not steam, is blown head gasket or cracked head/block

I have toyota corona 3s engine it smokes black and fuel consuption is high we have changed the engine oil and cylinderhead gassecate but still black smoke is comming what should i do

Do a motor flush before the next oil change.
This will free up the rings and regain some of the lose compression.

If it's the org. engine it will has over 90,000 miles on it.
Did you do the 75,000 timing belt change?

It's normal to has the valve stem seal/oil seal on the head to leak oil into the cyclinder.
The smoke you see is the motor oil drop from the seals.
It land on the top of the cyclinders and it create black smoke at start up.

The inexpensive fix is to start using high mileage oil with seal conditioner.
This will help soften the rubber seals and help reduce internal oil leak.

The correct fix is to wait until it's time for a head gasket replacement and let the professional service the head.

Complete head service is the only method to stop this internal oil drip problem.

Not sure what you mean by "heavy on diesel".   Most diesels, except for late models say 2005 or newer, will have a tiny amount of smoke when cold.  It's hard for a cold motor to combust diesel without a little smoke.  
My money would be on one or both of the other two injectors, dirty, dripping or bad spray pattern.  If you near anything lke a small city, you may be able to find a shop that has the abilty to clean and check them. I use a big marine diesel shop, RPM, in Ft Lauderdale, they can generally get injectors back to new for cheap (maybe $30 each) and have a big expensive high tech machine to test them (they can afford to, they use them for engines on million dollar yachts, among others).  The hyundai injectors might be cheap, the Bosch ones are not.
Injector cleaner in a can that the parts store is happy to sell you, has not worked for anyone I know.   
If you ever lay the car up (e.g. go away on holiday for a month so) put additive in the diesel to keep bacteria from growing in it.  If you can't get it in the auto store, try a marine store.
