Can i use 5 w 20 oil in my 2003 pt cruiser?

trust synthetic oils like 10w 40 or 5w 60, the reason why because synthetic operates from 80 to 90 degrees as normal operating temp therefore gives engine power by improving hydraulic tarpet performance. other oils form colestrol at 45 degrees thereby blocking oil galaries causing bearing knock

2003 pt cruiser front driver side wheel bearing removal? How do I remove it?

the wheel bearing is pressed into the knuckle and will require a machine shop service to press it in and out.

You will need to remove the knuckle from the vehicle.

-Remove the caliper from the knuckle.
-Remove the rotor.
-Disconnect the ABS harness if equipped
-Remove the bolt that holds the lower ball joint to the knuckle and separate them.
-Remove the outer tie rod from the knuckle.
-Remove the axle nut and tap the drive axle out of the hub.
-Remove the two strut mounting bolts from the knuckle
-Remove the knuckle from the vehicle.

A machine shop or an automotive service facility should be able to press the old bearing out and press in the new bearing for you. Call around for pricing and service availability.

I want to replace the fron wheel bearing on a pt cruiser while it is on the car, can it be done?

Unfortunatly not, you are going to have to remove the entire shock strut or hub (preferably the shock strut to avoid having to do the wheel alignment...

It is not really a quick fix i would suggest you have it done by a technician who knows what he is doing and has the correct equipment, you will need a press for exaple to press the new bearing into the hub.

Hope this advicde can assist you in making a decision.
