Heater blows cold air in my 1994 Honda Accord; even when the engine is good and hot. The thermostat was just replaced. The coolant is at the correct level. The hose going into the heater core is hot and so is the outlet hose.
When the interior blower is switched on, it blows cold air.
Can the heater core be blocked up and the inlet and outlet hoses still both be hot?
Can the problem be traced to some sort of air duct hang-up; where air doesn't flow over the heater core? Our Haynes manual gives us no information in this regard.
thanks!

We removed one of the heater hoses and blew thru it quite easily - still no heat!
