Check your fuses inside the cab of the car. On the inside of the fuse box cover there's a diagram showing which fuse controls the blower. Or in the engine compartment fuse box, check the blower relay.

Sounds like you have an ignition circuit failure.
Check the Fuses in the engine compartment and the starter relay.
