Lights will not stop blinking when car is in off position.

The hazards and inside dashboard lights on my 1995 Subaru Legacy Sedan will not stop blinking even when the car is off. (The hazard button is not in the on position.) I had to disconnect my battery as to not wear it out. Any ideas what the problem is? It has been very cold where I live if that helps at all. Below zero for the last several days.

98 legacy instrument panel lights keep going on and off, won't shut off, runs the battery down

There's a pair of connectors, green, under dashboard on left. They should be left unplugged. When they are plugged together, they cause the lights and fans to cycle on and off for diagnostics.

I have a few lights flashing on dashboard after the battery was disconnected

is it the alarm going off ? , perhaps the horn siren was disconnected. Try arming and disarming a few times that might be the issue. Especially if the vehicle will not start.

1997 Subaru Impreza wagon. Just replaced battery and hazard lights are blinking whether ignition is on or off. Tried turning hazards on and off and that didn't stop it. Only removing battery stops it. ...

Under your dash by steering column,by your left knee, is a small 4" x4" box that has a small wire attached. On the end of the wire is a small button. Push the button with the ignition in the on position. It will reset the alarm system. That will stop your lights from flashing. Have a great day.

Automatic seatbelts and radio do not work

There is a tester that allows the technician to check the different parts of the systems for parts failure, if you want to fix it then your best bet is to go to a dealer for repair.
