I would look under the car mid way for an exhaust leak. There will be an oval shaped clamp with 2 studs about 3`` apart on the side of the catalytic converter holding a wired sensor in place. Check to see if you have an open exhaust sensor port or burned out gasket with your sensor hanging off the pipe. If so the sensor has vibrated loose and is sucking in fresh air and throwing off the emission sensors in the engine. If the sensor is hanging off and you drive, the wiring could break and you might lose the entire device.$$$$
I was driving my RX300 last week and it literally just started to sputter and the sensor fell off the studs, the nuts had rotted off from heat... Easy fix for me luckily a gasket and 2 new studs , but I had to have the dash lights reprogrammed ans well.

When you say the stability control is off I assume you mean the warning light is on, right ?
You would need to have someone scan the body computer and the engine computer for trouble codes to proceed.

Sounds like you have a few different problems . GM vehicles had insturment cluster problems from 2003 to 2006 . Something called a stepper motor inside is what drives the gauge needles . Plus the fuel gauge also has a sending unit inside the fuel tank that can go bad . Your idle problem could be the IAC - idle air control valve on the throttle body or clogged air passage . Video's on youtube showing how to check these things .

Vsc light on my lexus rx 350 2007 .

I'm not sure about the Lexus, but Nissan and other vehicles with the VSC usually will be on until you can drive on a straight road for approximately 2-3 miles without stops and about the same speed during the reset process. The interstate or some type of hwy will reset this light once the vehicle has learned the Vehicle Stabilization Control in which is learned by the way you drive and enables the car to have stable control. Hope this helps out, if this doesn't work, I would take it in for more diagnostics.

Rattling Coming from Engine At low RPM (stopped) and when accl.

If this sounds like a tin can rattle it is likely a loose heat shield on top of the catalytic converter. They come loose after time and corrosion take their toll.

If you ever have an oil leak it really should be fixed right away unless this happened all at once. Go to a local mech or if there is an Autozone around go there and have them check the Engine Light code for you for free. You will have more info to work with.
