This is a very difficult question to answer cause of the spelling but it looks to me like you have grey smoke coming out of the exhaust? If this is the case then it has nothing to do with the fuel system. You may have an oil leak, either in the valve covers or head gaskets.. If I am right get those checked and good luck.

I have a 2000 Kia sephia I have Oil on my spark plugs. What can cause it?

There are three common reasons for oil on the plugs. A blown head gasket, worn valve stem oil seals and worn piston rings. The most likely reason will probably be the head gasket.
Check the coolant overflow tank for oil floating on top of the coolant. This is a sign of a blown head gasket.
For Valve stem oil seals check the following... On a Cold start you get a large thick cloud of blue coloured exhaust smoke. You also get the same smoke when going from idle to higher engine revs. Such as pulling away from a red traffic light after sitting waiting for traffic.
Does the vehicle use a lot of oil? Does it have excessively smoky exhaust gas, usually more of a grey/white colour, when driving? Has it lost power? Look in the engine air filter box. Is there oil? Worn piston rings sometimes cause 'blow back' where an oil/air vapour is forced back through the air intake into the air filter box.

Kia Sportage 2005, smokes heavily when on motorway, what will the cause be?

First question is what colour is the smoke?
Blue and blue/grey is burning engine oil.
Dark (soot) grey/black is excess fuel, incompletely burnt fuel.
White smoke in some cases is a large quantity of unburned fuel but most often is steam from an internal coolant leak.

Large quantities of smoke usually results in the high consumption of either engine oil, fuel or coolant - it has to be put in before it can be converted into smoke. If you supply further details in the comments section we can try to advise you. Petrol or diesel?

E 280 w211 runs fine. Recorded 59.3 mpg on long run at 65mph in cruise. If left on tickover for a few mins ie junction or traffic lights blue smoke from exhaust. Car does not burn oil

Bad valve stem seals will cause smoke under these circumstances. It will get worse. The reason this happens is because the higher engine vacuum present in traffic will pull oil past the worn valve stem seals into the cylinder. When you accelerate again, the engine burns this small amount of oil causing the smoke.

Light bluesmok coming from tailpipe

hi
light blue smoke would suggest a small amount of oil being burnt in the cylinder. could be a valve stem seal, or a faulty oil control ring on a piston.

grey/ black smoke would suggest excess fuel, usually due to a clogged air filter.

white smoke would suggest water being burnt in the cylinder from a blown heat gasket. this would usually smell slightly sweet and sugary from the antifreeze/summer coolant in the water.

any smoke from the tailpipe should be checked as the emissions could be out of limits as well.

check the spark plugs one at a time.
blackened dry plugs would suggest excess fuel.
black and oily plugs would suggest oil in that piston.
it should give you an idea of where to start looking for the fault.

My camry 2001 v6 engine emits black smoke and **** in traffic

Black smoke indicates running "rich" (using excessive fuel) sounds like an injector is sticking open. I would first run a strong fuel system cleaner through it. (Maybe even have a professional fuel system cleaning) Ques? When was last tune up? A dirty air filter would contribute, but not make alot of black smoke.
