Toyota Previa fan blows but no air.

It could be that; the FAN MOTOR works but the fan-wheel is not turning. This usually happens when the center spindle of the fan-wheel RUSTS and eventually loses contact with the actual wheel itself.

HOW FIX FANHEATER IN TOYOTA PREVIA 1991 - SOMETIMES WORKS

More than likely the blower motor is defective due to a worn armature or carbon brushes. The best thing to do is replace the blower motor. Make sure you check the connector at the motor for signs of overheated wiring, when the motor starts to wear out it draws more current and can burn the connector at the blower, if the connector is burned it must be replaced or new terminals installed. You can buy repair connectors from Toyota for most modules and they are also available in the aftermarket for the most popular models. The blower motor is available in the aftermarket for about $120.00, the connector I am not sure about. Here is the part number for the motor.

I need to jump the 4 postion blower switch in the heater console. I have a 1995 Toyota Previa.

Why are you jumping the blower switch? If the issue is the switch is not functioning replace the fan resistor located on the side of the heater box under dash try that first.

Hot air blower dose not turn on anymore Toyota Previa 91

blower motor went bad the motor will cost around $100.
it is easy to change located under the hood behind the plastic air flow shroud there are bolts on firewall and on sides of shroud all you need to do is take top half off then pull out motor don't forget to disconnect battery good luck !! should take 30 to 45 min. even quicker when you have to do it twice like I did. You see the new one only last about a year.
