My 2002 chrysler 300 blower fan is stuck on high

Under the hood, in a plastic cover, you will find the relay/breaker center. The relay for blower motor high will be labeled, either next to the relay or under the cover. Your relay is stuck closed. Replace it.

1999 chrysler 300m has smell like mouse or old dusty barn when fan is turned on, can i clean out air box or intake somehow?

Mice tend to build nests in warm, secluded places like intakes and heater boxes. I suggest a complete rip down f your heat exchange boxes and ducts ASAP. Turn signals work intermittenly

Take the turn signal bulbs off and check for corrosion. Clean the bulb contacts and harnesses. Put enough bulb grease on the contacts but not on the bulbs and try them out. You can clean them with a wire brush or how ever you find suitable.

Sorry, the process is simple but too lengthy to post here.

Location of the blower motor control module

The module is located in the ducting for the heater and is accessed from the passenger area of the front seat. I think it is just under the dash but you may have to remove the glove box. it is a rectangular item held in with four screws. and should have two connectors going to it. You have to be sure to get the right replacement if you r replacing it.
thanks.
