they are air shocks,if you dont know how,then get someone to do it,it is not easy and you will need to replace air hose too

Change the lift struts

not to bad remove panel on pass side then unplug and remove bolts 7 or 8 mm i think

First check the voltage at the front blower moter. If it has voltage then it may just need a new motor.

Rear springs sound weak. Take it to a spring shop, they are usually pretty fast & cheaper than dealer, but if price sounds too high, head out for a second opinion. Most brake and alignment shops can do it too.
