2000 Buick LeSabre heater only blows cold

Heater on 2000 Buick LeSabre recently only blows cold air with temp turned up even though the heater hoses are warm.

This model (Custom) only has a sliding heat adjustment, no climate control. Is there still a heater control thermostat?

If the electronics need to be reset, hold down the "off" and "high" at the same time. This will tell you your numbers coorelating to what the vehicles problem is. Then hit "low" until it reads 3C. Now hit "high and it will read 1C temporarily and it will reset. This is all done with the ignition on and the engine off.

Are blows warm on drivers side

If the air temp is not as it should be on one side, the problem could be the controller or a blend door under the dash.

2000 Buick LeSabre No heat, blows cold air.

check to see if both hoses are hot going to your heater core if they are then core is fine. That would point to your temperature sensor.

No heat even though the engine temp is perfect

sounds like air has entered the cooling system or there is a blockage in the heater core.

NO HEAT 2000 buick lesabre

If this Buick has a 3.8L, there are air bleed valves that must be opened to ensure the cooling system does not develop an air lock. (Wich would cause a no heat condition). If the thermostat is functioning properly you may want to check if there is flow through the heater core. Check by feeling each heater hose at the firewall with engine at opperating temp. They should both be hot and close in temp. A noticable temp difference in the two hoses would most likely be a flow problem, either from an air lock, bad t-stat or plugged heater core. Good luck.
