Im affraid it will be a trip to the dealers the fuel additive tank is located in or next to the fuel tank and can only be refilled by the dealers it also on the othe hand be caused by putting poor quality fuel in (one of our customers used to have the same fault when filling up with diesel from bp) all we did was erase the error code and fill car up at another petrol station, the car has been fine since
