1st thing i need to know is dose it have any day time running lights? is it a 4x4? and did this happen after driving a long distance or short distance? thank you
The injectors may be showing bad because of the stuff that you put into the fuel tank. It will work itself through. If the system is showing lean fuel, replace the O2 sensor if it has over 100,000 miles on it. It directly controls the fuel/air mixture. Replace the fuel filter, don't try to clean it. If things still aren't running right, check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail located over the injectors at the the test port (which looks like a tire valve). The pressure should read around 40 PSI with the engine running. Any reading much lower suggests a worn fuel pump or a defective fuel pressure regulator. You can rent a kit that checks the pressure safely.
This doesn't sound good, the pressure sensors fail more often than the oil pump but not with prominent rocker noise.
I can't help you locate the sensor but you might want to consider downloading the complete manual for $9 US from this site:
Trade bit manual
The range of oil pressure falls between 30-60 PSI (2-4 bar or ATM).
The warning sensors are somewhat useless as they typically will switch at ~ 4 PSI which is pretty much a disaster zone.
