I can't find the MAF sensor in my 4 cyl 1998 camry. Is it possible that it does not have one. I've looked between the airbox and throttle body but it's not there. My codes are p1130, p1133, p0125 and p0171

That year does not have a MAF sensor. It uses a MAP sensor instead.

The mass air flow(MAF) sensor is usually located between the airbox where the air filter is, and the throttle body.
Look for the first big bundle of wires after the air filter and that's probably it.

The 4 cylinder Camry uses a MAP sensor or Manifold Air Pressure sensor instead of a air mass flow sensor which is in the 6 cylinder model. It is located just under the top of the hood in the center of the bay closest to the windscreen.
The computer is programmed to meter fuel and spark timing from manifold absolute pressure (MAP), engine temperature, air temperature, and throttle position only.

The tps is located on the side of the throttle body, usually black in color and has 2 screws or bolts and a wire connection. Uaually they can't be cleaned, they are a sealed unit.
The maf sensor is in the intake tube that goes from the air filter housing to the throttle body.

ita a little black box with 5 wires plug, between air filter and throttle, but try to reset maybe was a momentany failure,disconnect the negative battery terminal few minutes

the MAF sensor is between the air filter and throttle body. the idle controll is at the throttle body.  Its located on the throttle body on the left side. Follow the air intake to an intake manifold which sits on top of the throttle body.
