First check the voltage at the front blower moter. If it has voltage then it may just need a new motor.

Front blower dont work but back blower works

First Check the Front Blower Relay located in the IPM Fuses and Relay box in the Engine Compartment. There should be individual Front and Rear Blower Relays. The Identification and Location should be on the rear of the IPM Cover. If not check your Owner's Manual.
Switch these two Relays and recheck operation of the Front and Rear Blowers again. If the Front now works and the Rear does not, then the Relay was bad and needs to be replaced.
However the most common problems I have found is that the Front Blower only works on High. Is that the Case? Check it to be sure. If it only works on High then it is 100% the Resistor that is bad and needs to be replaced. The Front Blower Motor Resistor fail in these more often that the Blower Motor itself.
Remove the Dash Glove Box out of the Dash to gain access to the Resistor.

My ac and heat not working in 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

There may be a fault in the control group in the dash--there is a resistor that controls motor speed as well as the speed switch.

My front fan blower stopped working, the rear one works fine

I had the same problem. It was the blower motor resistor. To verify this, open the glove compartment and push in on the sides to release it from the dash. The resistor is right in front bolted into the duct with two screws (9mm Hex head) and their are two electrical harnesses connected, one with 5 wires and the other with 2 wires. To bypass the resistor, take a piece of wire and connect the plain dark blue wire to the black wire. If the blower comes on, the resistor is bad. Make sure that you have the fan on high to tell if it runs. The resistor should be in stock at a dealership and cost approximately $30. The Blower Motor Assembly costs about $90. Removal of the part is simple, disconnect the two harnesses and unbolt the two screws.
