SOURCE: plymouth sundance timing belt
There are two different engines. One takes the higher cost timing belt and extra work to actually get back on the road. The other takes a $150 to $200 including labor (If I remember correctly). So have him double check to see what engine (using the VIN#) your car really has before ordering the belt.

Behind the dash. You will have to pull the whole dash assembly. It looks like a little radiator.

Unsure what engine or Vin Number is for your Car. All 0f the diagrams looked the same for the 2.2 - 2.5 and others, with and with out turbo.
Hope this helps, - Jarett
SOURCE: what is the procedure to replace the timing belt
It just takes a matter of minutes. Locate the tensioner. Use a tool yo loosen it enough to slip the belt off. You will then have enough slack to remove and replace it. Keep your fingers out from under it while the tensioner is held back against the spring. You can find the tensioner by pulling on the belt. The plly that gives is the tensioner. You do not need to remove any bolts, just look at it closely and you will see where a tool could be used. Make sure yhe belt is on atraight and properly seated before releasing the tensioner and starting the engine ir you will ruin the belt. Make note of the belt routing if a diagram is not on the top of the radiator. Good Luck_Ned_
