Below the Brake Master Cylinder and slightly back towards the Fire Wall. Should have multiple brake lines running into it.
Hint: Most people want to replace these. Alot of times the connections are merely corroded or have build up on the conductors or in the conductor "pits". Clean both and check before going to the expense of replacing. I did and it worked and saved me $$ not having to replace.

Your P0700 code needs to be addressed right away. This signifies a problem with the solenoid pack, which is an external part that can be fixed for around $200 if you do it yourself, $300 if you take it somewhere. But a bad solenoid pack can mess up the whole tranny resulting in a total rebuild, which runs anywhere from $1200 to $2000 depending on where you go.
Your P1770 error is a Clutch Solenoid Circuit Malfunction. Definitely sounds like you have a solenoid problem. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for ranking my response and for using FixYa!

SOURCE: fuse location for cruise control on a 2000 dodge caravan
The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.
