Lines for transmission fluid from engine block to transmission leak

Place a piece of white paper/cardboard on the ground below where the leak is coming from soon after the engine is turned off. This should help you locate where exactly the oil is dripping from, and should help identify what is leaking. If the oil is black/brown/gold, it's probably engine oil. If it's reddish/brown, it's probably transmission fluid. If it's clear, it may be brake fluid or power steering fluid (from the rack/pinion). Check the fluid levels for whatever you determine it may be. If it's engine oil, you may have leaking valve cover gaskets or a leaking rear seal on the engine. If it's transmission fluid, you may have bad transmission cooler lines or leaking from axle seals. Check the master cylinder and brake lines if it's brake fluid, and check the rack/pinion if it's power steering fluid.

PS fluid cannot possibly leak into the engine oil. They are completely separate systems isolated from one another.

The only fluid that can leak into the engine oil is radiator coolant via a crack in the engine block or engine head or via a damaged head gasket.

On cars with automatic transmissions, there is normally also a separate circuit for cooling the transmission fluid built into the radiator. The oil from the transmission is pumped by the transmission through a second heat exchanger inside the radiator.
This is a separate system but if there is a crack in the radiator where the transmission fluid is cooled it is possible for auto transmission fluid to get into the radiator coolant via a crack in the right area. If auto transmission fluid has got into the coolant an inspection of the coolant will show it.

Your radiator needs to be replaced. Chances are you have transmission and oil cooler lines going through them and there are mixing inside the radiator.

If you have a engine oil cooler then yes thats the problem,the only oil cooler you have is the transmission cooler which goes into the radiator.and the transmission fluid would be full of water,you will need a headgasket

TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAKS,CAN BE FOUND AROUND PAN GASKET.CHECK PAN GASKET,IF IT LOOKS WET AND YOU SEE FLUID DRIPPING AROUND THE EDGE OF OIL PAN, REPLACE PAN GASKET, WHILE YOU REPLACING PAN GASKET REPLACE TRANSMISSION FILTER WHILE OIL PAN OFF.IF TRANSMISSION OIL PAN NOT LEAKING, CHECK TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINES GOING INTO RADIATOR YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF FLUID THERE ALSO TORQUE SHAFT SEAL WILL CAUSE HEAVY FLUID LEAK WHILE ENGINE RUNNING CHECK OIL COOLER LINES AND LOOK AT THE TORQUE AREA WHILE ENGINE RUNNING YOU WILL SEE FLUID POURING WHILE ENGINE RUNNING THE OIL PUMP PRESSURE WILL PUSH FLUID OUT AT THE LEAKING AREAS.

CHECK UNDER VECHICLE IF TRANSMISSION FLUID UNDER TRANSMISSION MORE LIKELY PAN GASKET LEAKING FLUID.IF FLUID HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED THE PAN GASKET GET HARD LEAKS FLUID.THATS IF YOU HAVE SLOW LEAK.IF YOU LOSING LOTS OF TRANSMISSION FLUID ITS .LEAKING AT TORQUE CONVERTER SHAFT SEAL.LEAKING AT COOLER LINES.CHECK COOLER LINES FROM RADIATOR TO UNDER CAR WHERE COOLER LINES GOES TO TRANSMISSION. AND CHECK LEAKS AT FRONT DRIVE SHAFT AXLES SEALS

Check transmission fluid if low replace fluid with engine running look for leaks under car I would suspect a rusted out transmission line .Replace line or have line replaced with brake line of same size.refill fluid. If fluid is full check for loose or broken transmission linkage if none of the above are found replace or have transmission rebuilt.

If the leak is back there? sounds like an intake gasket or head gasket if you ruled out the hoses

You might welded up your trasmission with no fluid you probly had dry rotted transmission line
If fluid leaking you dont drive it you stop. You could add fluid after you find the rotten transmission line replace it ow that fun i done this before.
Find the rotten line ore leak fix it cross your fingers add right fluid level and see if goes in gear also use correct fluid for that car all car take diffferent fluids types

A fluid leak that is pink and/or red colored is usually either power steering fluid or transmission fluid. I recommend checking both. You can check the power steering fluid when the car is off. However, the transmission fluid should be checked with the engine warm and idling in neutral. Have someone else step on the brake or use the parking brake and block the wheels while you're measuring the transmission fluid level.
